Christmas definitely came early this year! Yesterday we got our new album fully mastered and have been spending the weekend listening to this master piece! :) It's an awesome feeling to hear the final product and we can't wait to get it released and available for all heavy metal fans out there! More to follow with regards to the release etc, so be patient...

Just got the mix of the 11 songs for the new album and it sounds just awesome! Hope to have the last minor adjustments done early next week and then its off to mastering. So in a couple of weeks we hope to have the master for the new Ghost album ready!

Latest update from the studio: All guitar solos, leads and fills have now been recorded, so only thing missing is the backing vocals. Hopefully we'll get that nailed as well in a couple of weeks. The recording process has been loooong, but we're finally starting to see the end of this!

Kim finished recording the lead vocals last evening so we are now getting really close to finalizing our new album! Guitar solos and fills are scheduled to be recorded next week and then backing vocals as soon as possible during the following weeks.

New update on the upcoming album. Basic guitars and bass was recorded in the latter part of June. Awesome sounding instruments makes us even more impatient to get this record finished! We hope to get all vocals, guitar solos and fills done as soon as possible...

First, sorry for the lack of information from Ghost the last months! We've been busy writing new material and have spent lots of hours at our rehersal space writing music for our new album. We have now finally started recording and Petter finished his drum recordings last weekend! We plan on recording the rest of the album in the end of June and hope to be able to finalize the album over the summer! Stay tuned!

Long time since the last update for the Ghost camp. We're currently working on our next album and have about 10 killer songs that we are working on finalizing, and we hope to enter the studio sometime early next year. We can't wait to get this album completed and show it off to the World! Btw two gigs added to the gig section - Tårnåsen Festivalen the 19th and Norbikers the 26th of November!

After the soundcheck, Ghost gathered at Petter's appartment. We had a couple of beers while we ate pizza. When we arrived at Skuret we where in a great mood and we gotta say, thanks alot you where one hell of a good crowd!
This live performance has been recorded on on video. The DVD will be up for sale in September. We also wanna give a special thanks to Michael from Masters of disasters, who recorded it. We also wanna show our appriciation to our fans from Bergen, who not only took some kick ass pictures, but also contributed to makin this a rock'n roll night.

Cafe Kaos:
This night was meant to be a Ghost night only, but because of screw up's in their booking routines, we ended up splitting the evening with a pop/jazz/electronica band. Talk about contrasts. This other band managed to spend a long time soundchekkin, and this resulted in us getting 15 minutes of playtime before the break. But of course professionals don't need much time...
A couple of hungry musicians went across the street to a restaurant called Memphis. Good food and mood pretty much says it all..
The show started at 21:00, and we had a hell of a good time playing even though the crowd counted less then twenty. The "crowd" lead by our fan of the month, Kristian Molstad, did a good job inspiring us to do a good performance.
